It's Monday and I'm sort of prepared for my Anatomy exam. Fingers crossed! The weather is also going to be gorgeous this week which is great. I can't wait. Short skirts all week!

Rode my motorcycle to work today! Whoop! 61 degrees when I woke up this morning and a high of 72 today. It's a bummer to be at work and a bummer that my office is a cave in the middle of a concrete building. I plan to get out and walk on lunch break for sure though.

Monday -- busy week this week. Leadership meetings taking up tons of time and prepping for board meeting for next week. I don't have to attend all the meetings, but I have to prepare tons of material for them. If it wasn't so crazy, I definitely would have called out sick. Last night was a tough one - hot / cold / sore throat. I'm glad that I passed out at 8:30 b/c the extra sleep helped w/ the middle of the night chills and the alarm clock wasn't quite as painful.

I'm not excited about anything today. It is Monday. I booted up to 22 20minute appointments scheduled today. Not so pleasing. Those are the kind of moments that make me dread and dislike my job. Because some days they all show up. However, three haven't made it as of now, so I am ok with that. Every once in a while, I have brief memories of being back in Italy. I think, I can do there what I do here... Oh well.

Beautiful weather today and all week! My son's field trip is tomorrow (they cancelled last week because of the storms) and I am going as a chaperone, actually me and hubby are..no way without VSG could I keep up with a bus load of K5 and 1st grade kiddos! He is so excited mom is coming...I didn't get to go last time when they took an Amtrak train ride and picnic..sadly I was too big to fit comfortably in the train and very embarrassed to even try, so hubby went
Going to have to remind myself to eat today..gotta hit my protein and water..just not hungry and not sure how to feel about that, lol. That's a new chapter for sure!
