Yesterday was a good food and exercise day. I actually had 16329 steps!
#'s: Calories-1035, Fat-46.8g, Fiber-1g, Carbs-19.5g, Sodium-2067.8mg, Protein-127.9g, Water-80.6 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 8% from carbs, 41% from fat and 51% from protein.

Gwen and Jan, my heart goes out to both of you!
So my weird health stuff keeps rolling in. Yesterday I ended up with a red spotty, itchy rash all over the front of my torso, which is unusual because I have no allergies. I suspect it's the increased dose of anti-thyroid meds I started Friday after surgery threw my thyroid numbers out of whack. It's a known side effect, but given that I've been on it for years at a lower dose and never had it I'm surprised. I will call my doctor tomorrow. The only other thing that was different yesterday was a new smoked salmon I tried. I'm not eating that today and did take my new dose of meds this morning, so if I flare up in an hour or so, I'll know the culprit! Scratch. Scratch. Scratch.

I'm trying to limit myself to 1300 calories and trying higher fat for the next few weeks. I've been stuck at 173 for awhile and I've been averaging 1800 to 2000 calories daily for the last 3 months.
