Happy weekend, all! It's off to a fish dinner at church hall tonight, so praying for some spiced boiled shrimp to be on the menu! :) Good weather here is suspected and hope so as we need to cut the grass! :)

L: 3/4 c crab, 1/4 avocado and 1/4 c fat free mozz mixed in

I wish my trainer hadn't told me to slow down. Or I hadn't listened. Now I just feel completely exhausted! But I am going to make a rebound today. I'm off to the gym. Gonna put in some time. Today is Leg day.
