Today I'll finally have time to start working on my next steps to ensure my Vyvanse prescription continues, since I'll finally be home during business hours to make phone calls after class! Yay! My body is pretty unhappy with me this morning - I ended up eating 2 slices of pizza last night (it was provided at the volunteer thing I did) because I was hungry and needed to eat something, and it was totally not worth it. First pizza in 3 years. I guess there's a reason I haven't missed it at all. Yuck.

Started full-on keto diet yesterday...high fat, high protein, low carb. Already noticed how much more satisfied I was after eating my meals. Looking forward to what I hope is less head hunger and also hoping the higher fat intake will solve some other issues I've been having.

Argh! My TrendWeight snagged my partner's weight this morning, so I had a minor freakout when I checked it. I was up a pound from last night's pizza, but TrendWeight is like "lolz, you're up FIVE pounds!" WTF! Oh, right, it got Lance's weight instead of mine by accident since he must have forgotten to tell the scale who he was in his early morning stupor. :P
Hopefully it'll update before too long since that data point is annoying!

We've got some pretty bad storms heading this way later today, so I'm hoping to get a walk in today before that happens. Acid reflux has been better since doubling up on my PPI.

Now that it's April I need to come up with a mental game plan for what I'll call "Birthday Season". This weekend is the combined party for my two daughters (actual birthday's the 16th and 23rd) and my mine is the 23rd is as well. Then I have a niece's on the 28th.
Right now the game plan is to not eat cake and make deviled eggs and greek yogurt dip for snacks. I'd really rather not have cake this year and save it for next year when I'm (hopefully) at goal! But, that does not stop me from having to buy and bake the cake anyway

Good morning
Breakfast -I start with 2 cups of coffee in a space of 2 hrs. Waiting 40 minutes and will have hard boil egg.
a fruit around 10:30
Lunch 2 slices of lunch meat ,1/3 of a banana
around 3:30 in the afternoon a cup of coffee with cream
dinner most likely will be mini shredded wheat.
Exercise cleaning house , work in the garden digging ,planting and going for a walk in the beach or in between the redwood trees.
i am feeling grateful for having lost 52 lbs in 6 months . I do need to exercise more but with my business I spend a lot of time sitting even though I get up every hr and move around.

If my current pattern holds, I fear I'm going to stall every three weeks... kinda depressing when you're eating so little! The scale moved .4 pounds today - first in 8 days. Insert ginormous sigh here.
