question
Hi guys My name is Jeannie I had my surgery on January 3, 2017 it was a success and I have now t date lost fifty pounds and I never feel hungry is this normal I have to remind myself to eat something./
yes, it can be normal for some. At 7 years. Out, my hunger has never returned. I eat every 3 hours , by the clock, or I would starve.
Yep. 7.5 months out, and I'll go several days forgetting to eat. Then I'll feel like I'm starving and have to eat constantly for a day or three, and then cycle back to forgetting to eat for several days. This is a fairly recent thing, for 5-6 months post-op I had to remind myself to eat and drink all the time. I'm trying to stabilize that by setting reminders to eat regularly so I don't get to the starving mode.
