Whatcha eating today? Monday, 4/3/2017
Happy Monday! Busy day here but I might have time to treat myself to a DressBarn trip to try to find a dress for Hamilton in May :D I had bought a dress that I'd hoped to be able to wear by then, but it's a little too small and due to the cut, I doubt I will lose weight in the right places between now and then! So yay shopping!
1: protein shake
2: ham and cheese
3: stroganoff with leftover roast from last week, egg noodles for the guys
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: yoga!
How about you?

I have been off the rails stress eating lately. Trying to reset today. First, I ordered a medium iced coffee on the "to go" app - and they made it large. Then I got to work, put the coffee on my trunk to pick up my laptop and it fell off and smashed to the ground. I literally almost cried. The coffee at the caf is gross and the nearest DD is far from the office.
B: protein shake
L: protein shake
D: making chicken wings, london broil, sprouts and pesto pasta - will eat a wing or 2 and some steak and sprouts
E: planning on tabada (sp???) at lunch at the gym
L/V: well, not an iced coffee, lol

Switching up the order of some of my protein tonight, to try to avoid a liver dump during my work out. The first night with my trainer on Friday I went in with a blood sugar of 85 and came out with a 175. Then I went home and drank my nightly shake, which always raises it too (for no good reason since there isn't any sugar). So, I'm going to try to get my shake in for breakfast and have a snack before going. We'll see. This will also allow me to up my protein a bit.
B: Premier Protein & Decaf Coffee
L: Deli Turkey spread with Laughing Cow and a Cabot Cheese Square

Wow, Gwen, Hamilton tix? Lucky girl! I used to work as a concierge for a high-end credit card (not anymore, rich people can be soooo rude and demanding!), so I know those things are hard to come by--I'm sure you're thrilled!
Storming here again, gotta love it. April showers and all that. At least it's keeping the pollen down and my allergies at bay. Now if my pressure headaches stay away, all will be well!
Also got my new magnesium citrate supplements yesterday, starting them today. But HOLY COW, are they huge! I thought my multivitamin was big, these things look like small suppositories I swear! lol Took one this morning though and all is well. Fingers crossed they help.
B: Greek yogurt w/Super 5 Seed granola, hot tea
L: Leftover BBQ pork steak (yummo!)
D: More leftover pork steak (my sister was very generous with leftovers lol)
Water and vites on track
E: Walking
Super excited about Hamilton. My partner got us tickets for May because he's really good at refreshing websites at the right time. :D
My calciums are huge too. I miss the chewables, but my body is definitely happier without them.

Happy Monday. I decided to join the spring to summer challenge to help keep me on track. I'm hoping to be down another 10 pounds by mid may for a music festival I'm attending. A hundred and fourteen pounds ago I would have never dreamed of going to an all weekend music festival because I know how much my body would have hurt. Now I feel like I have so much energy.
B: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, coffee
L: 2 oz deli ham with 3 slices ultra thin Colby jack cheese
D: taco Casserole
S: protein bar
w&V: getting started
E: 30 mins of cardio and walking
Nothing exciting (well my keto bread is quite good)
Premier protein shake for breakfast
Premier protein shake for lunch
Two eggs over easy, with a piece of buttered & fried keto bread for Dinner.
