Morning - Premier protein and a latte

Afternoon - falafel and avocado salad

Evening - think I'm stopping by Jason's for one of their "lighter portion" salads with salmon substituted for chicken.

Skipped exercise today. Vites are done.

Helping my bff with things ended up with the college paying for lunch, so I had sushi. Yum. I haven't had sushi in a long time!

Twinged my back at work today right when I decided to go for a walk, so I've been laying low so I can actually go to work tomorrow. My stall ended last weekend and because I have a history of an eating disorder, I know when I start to obsess over counting calories, carbs or other things it will get out of control, so I haven't been doing that. My therapist reassured me that my body will settle at the weight it wants to be at, no matter what I do, so I've been keeping that in mind.

B: 3 egg bites

D: Fish, shrimp, part of a breadstick
