Food suggestions
Is that pureed? Or just soft foods?
If it's soft food, I remember I ate a lot of fish. I also ate eggs (some people have trouble with them, but I never have), deli meats, meatballs, braised meats, things like that.

I think I also did saucy things. Like meaty chili and meaty spaghetti sauce and curry.

During soft foods phase for lunches at work, I would take either a couple slices of deli meat or a pouch of tuna.
Breakfast I was still mostly having greek yogurt or a little cottage cheese (those are still my go to breakfast). Dinner was often fish (baked sealed in parchment paper helps keep it moist). I think I had turkey meatballs in a little sauce a couple of times too. Like Gwen, I handled eggs just fine so soft scrambled eggs were in the rotation as well as egg salad made with plain greek yogurt instead of mayo.

I made a salmon salad with one 2.5 oz Chicken of the Sea Pink Salmon packet, a tbsp of light mayo (not because it's light, but because I actually like it better) or plain greek yogurt, a tsp of chopped capers, a little onion powder, and fresh chopped dill. A good alternative to eating too much tuna salad as tuna has a mercury problem and salmon doesn't.
Aside from that, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, refried beans with cheese, lentil soup, string cheese, deli turkey...
