Was looking up something online and came across a BMI chart that shows me no longer as super morbidly obese..and now just morbidly obese, I'll take that! Moving in the right direction

L on the go so grabbing a premier protein shake
S deli turkey and cheese roll up with spicy mustard
D have some flank steak marinating
Vitamins in. Water good. Exercise walking.
It's been cloudy and gloomy here in NW Montana, so tired of the rain!
B-1/2 Banana Nut Quest bar
L-1/4 cup Quinoa & Flax hot cereal mix
S-Protein shake...not sure which kind
D-Left over crack chicken and steamed zucchini
V & W-On track except for B12, keep forgetting!
E-Walk with dog, still waiting to see if I got the health club scholarship.

It rained last night, so it is cold here. I had a hard time getting in my five miles yesterday, but I did it. I also had a good leg workout. I am sticking to elliptical the rest of the week. I am sooooooooooo tired!

Stomach is whiney today Stupid Harvey. I think I may be getting sick, so taking it easy.

Meal #3: probably just broth to let tummy rest a bit.
