It's Tuesday! A bit rainy here but in the 60s, and I'm getting ready to head out to run. It'll be a busy day, but not horribly busy - running, class, mental therapy, and then home for the evening. I'm not feeling quite as sluggish brain-wise as I did yesterday, which is a great thing. And my partner had a great first day at his new job. Woo!

Busy day today. Our girl's hockey team won the NCAA championship and we have their celebration today. For those of us in IT that means computers, projectors and live streaming, oh my! My husband is still out of town so I couldn't sleep until 1am and I was up early to cook chocolate protein waffles for my daughter before her ELA state testing today. I'm sure I'll be dragging by dinner time.

OMG Kristi, yes it is! I love it. It's got the crunch I crave, plus there are so many different textures and tastes. I am really, really enjoying it. I weigh out an ounce and stir it right into my yogurt. Only 9 total carbs and 5 net carbs vs. 25 total and 11 net for Fiber One, lower fiber but working great for my new lower fiber goals. (Shall we say, everything is operating smoothly )
Got through yesterday without eating any junk - first time in a long time, yay me.
