Vitamins in. Water good. No exercise planned.
A movie day does sound good, there is a new one out with Shirley Mclaine that looks good called "The Last Word." I really like her and she hasn't been in a movie for a long time.

Corned beef and eggs for breakfast! My morning is spent under the hood of my neighbors Suburban/basket case. Afternoon probably under my dad's Focus. Still on call! I put in 9+ hours yesterday with calls...
B- Vanilla premiere protein shake with Decaf Cafe Bustelo instant coffee
L- 2 oz grilled chicken, 1/4 cup cabbage and quinoa mix ( could finish veggie mix)
Snack- 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk chia seed pudding with blueberries

exercise- 20 minutes on treadmill and 20 minutes strength training on total gym
It's my Saturday (I work Tuesdays to Saturdays), so I've been slacking on the water and vitamins.
1: 2 Egg Bites, 1 oz of goat cheese
2: 1 egg, 2 slices of luncheon meat ham
3: I'm not quite to my protein goal, so I'll probably have to do chicken or tuna later

Exercise: no
I think my stall has finally broken though, so I'm happy about that.

Decent day. I'm so tired. The kids got me up at 0645 to eat. I fed and pooped them and crawled back into bed. The let me sleep another two hours.
This is my second weekend doing the Weekend Warrior challenge. Last week I had a good loss. In these two weeks I've gone from a weekly step average of 40K steps to 80K steps. 3 exercise days a week to 6 days a week.
yesterdays #'s: Calories-970, Fat-34.7g, Fiber-2g, Carbs-36.7g, Sodium-2763.4mg, Protein-121g, Water-73.1 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 16% from carbs, 33% from fat and 51% from protein.
