Whatcha eating today VSGers? Sunday 3/26/2017
It's a movie day here and Lance is feeling well enough to join me. I'm not feeling super hungry so I just packed some bars in my purse in case that changes.
1: protein bar
2: protein bar
3: balsamic beef shoulder in slow cooker
liquid and vites: resumed vites today after stopping them Thursday due to being horribly sick. On track!
exercise: nope. Still feel pretty weak.
How about you?

At least that would be a reason, but I have no pets lol
Just a lifetime history of insomnia. I even take Ambien, but the dosage is so low (my doctor is such a pain), it only keeps me asleep for 2.5-3 hours, then I'm up and the brain won't shut down. Very frustrating, and even though I'm used to it, it still bugs the heck out of me once in a while
Every time I go into the hospital my magnesium is really low, and I read recently that if you take a magnesium citrate supplement it will help you sleep better and also help with my constipation issues. Just got some, fingers crossed!!
