I woke up this morning to learn that my partner was super sick last night. I hope he didn't get whatever stomach bug I got :/ He's thinking it's just because he's been eating lots of crap at work because yesterday was his last day at his current job and people have been plying him with sweets all week to try to convince him to change his mind. Ugh. :/ So I have no idea yet what's happening today since we had planned to see a movie together and he might not be up for that.
Thankfully I'm feeling better!

liquid and vites: I'm skipping vites/pills again today, just to be safe. liquids are on.
exercise: nope, skipping running for the same reason

As always I'm working like mad and I'm on call so I have no real idea what the day will bring. I started out the day with sausage and eggs mixed together. I've already slugged down 30oz. Exercise will be simply working my butt off physically.
Add to this 2 oz salami, lg Wendy's chili and 4 oz of corned beef. I will also get at least 96 oz of fluids.
I'm in the midst of another weekend warrior challenge with Fitbit friends. Icing my knee cos it's not loving all the walking I've been doing. I'm going to try to do the weekend on elliptical.
i got a bunch of clearance goodies on Nike.com in the next size down as my XL's are inching down while I work out. The large leggings look SO SMALL. But that is just my brain adjusting.

It's opening day for my son's baseball team and they won their first game 7-4! Proud momma here! Think we might hit the sporting goods store later and see if we can find him a new bat.

If I split a meal with my son it will most likely be steak and he will eat the fries/potato. If I'm on my own I usually get fish or chicken and have leftovers.
