Co-Morbidity????
If co-morbidities are a requirement, you won't qualify for VSG.
My insurance had two options to qualify for VSG. One was a lower BMI and co-morbidities and the other was a higher BMI with NO co-morbidities.
Im beginning to feel that way, that I will be denied due to the "low" bmi and those co-morbidities.
The only way to know what your insurance requirements are is to call and ask.

Have you been tested for sleep apnea?
No, but I doubt I have it.
I don't snore or wake up tired but my surgeon insisted I get checked and I did have apnea and enough to qualify as a co morbidity.
