New to the Forum--questions
Don't worry. Four days out - I weighed 9 lbs more than I did at surgery. Then, I remembered that I had two bags of IV fluids at the hospital. Eventually, I lost it and then I began the losing process.
You'll be fine. It's all good. Keep to the plan - you'll see.

Most people gain weight post-op due to all the fluids and swelling. Remember, this isn't a sprint, it's a marathon. You didn't gain all the weight in a day, you're not going to lose it all in a day either. And we ALL lose at different weights, so don't waste time comparing yourself to others.
