I've been sick, but work isso busy that I have to come in and get through it. I didn't workout yesterday and probably wont today b/c I'm feeling so crummy. It makes me feel guilty, but I know it is the best thing for me. I'm totally addicted to my gym.
Fodo today:

D - either leftover thai or pizza & salad
S - cottage cheese & berries
E - likely resting myself
My thoughts are with you today Gwen. The thought of loosing a parent makes my heart ache. Walking with your bereavement group is such a good idea!

I got some free clothes from a person at my bariatric office. 6 pants and 2 skirts. My friend wanted to stop at goodwill so i got 2 dresses but i have to take one back and a pair of good sandals.

HELL DAY at work! I have been no stop. Thank God my 1300 didn't show up, cos my morning went so long, I worked through my meager lunch. I got a yogurt at 11 my time. Now (1420+) I'm munching turkey breast.
I have an eye exam today, and probably won't be getting to the gym for walking. But I'll be going to Costco. Maybe I'll take laps...

Today was my first day back to work and also the second day of me really watching my carb intake. I've only had 11 carbs today (7 net carbs though).

L: Tomato Basil Artichoke Chicken still leftover from this weekend

Vites: yes, none of them were the gummy version
Exercise: over 6000 steps from being at work
