B-1/2 Quest bar
L-Scrambled eggs w/ cheese
S-snap peas
D-Not sure yet, heading to Costco today so probably their chicken and some asparagus?
V-on track
E-Hike with dog today, hoping for an hour or more and to find some hills to climb to get my heart rate moving!:-)
B: 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
L/S: 4 strawberries
D: 1/2 a serving of Tomato basil artichoke chicken Recipe Here I'd recommend it
Water: half way there
Vites: Yes
Exercise: I ran errands and got a few thousand steps in that way

Meal #1-2: way too much coffee.
Meal #2: 30g protein shake
Meal #3-4: steak, sirloin that's actually 8 ounces split into two smaller meals.
I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!
