I'm back on track today. Yesterday was a treat day, as prescribed by my trainer. He says I've been doing so good, so strict, that I needed to have a treat every once in a while to make sure I don't slip and go off the rails. So yesterday I had my white mocha and a piece of pizza. I capped the day off with a 70 minute walk on the treadmill at the gym to make sure I got my 5 miles. OOPS! I got 6!
