We got barely an inch of snow here, so I'm not gonna complain to much cause it could have been more. This weather is messing with my sinuses so much that I just feel a bit run down. Hoping it goes away soon.

B: protein oatmeal 1/2 packet. Coffee

L: 2 oz deli turkey and 2 slices pepperjack cheese

D: chicken chili

S: protein bar.

W&V: working on

E: was gonna do cardio but see how I feel later.

I finally experienced the sleeve in terms other than gurgling and fast moving liquids yesterday. How weird to have to put a third of 3 oz of tuna salad back in the fridge because I couldn't eat it all! I could eat two 12" Subway sandwiches in a sitting, with chips and soda pre-surgery (I knew it was a terrible choice, but sometimes I didn't care). No wonder my surgeon said my stomach was "huge". This is a new world...

B: greek yogurt

L: tuna salad

D: ricotta bake or lentil soup

S: deli turkey, protein shake

Good morning, it has been pouring rain here for the past few days!

Hi everyone,

We got a boat load of snow, sleet and rain today. Now it's back to snowing!

B: 2 eggs, home made turkey breakfast sausage, 1/2 serving of sf free fruit cup(My blood sugar was extremely low this morning so I needed a few carbs)

L:3oz turkey breast

S: ostrim meat stick, 1 oz turkey breast

D: 3 1/2 oz carrando spiral ham, 2 fork fulls of broccoli rabe w/evoo & garlic

S: 3/4 serving plain chobani greek yogurt, 1/2tbsp sf apricot preserve

Cals:698, Carbs: 15, Protein:91

My sleep schedule is out of whack still so I had "breakfast" at 4pm, so it would just be easier to say 1st, 2nd, and 3rd meal.

1st: Chicken salad (chicken thigh meat, Greek yogurt, mayo, seasonings)

2nd: Beet salad at restaurant (greens, lemon vinaigrette, goat cheese, chicken breast, beets, apple slices)

3rd: no idea, might not even have it

Still working on water
