AMEN! Except I work with people in one of those silly states, so I will be getting up at the butt-crack of dawn all summer long. And being done with my work day at 1430, which ain't too bad!

S - Quest bar

L - 2 oz Chicken salad with 1/2 of a small apple

Girl Scout cookies. Way to many. They really should not call them "Thin Mints" because they sure as hell don't make you thin. Daughter brought a box home yesterday and about ready to throw them in the garbage. Ugh!

B: steak, egg, potato

L: third of a Costco sized croissant with tuna

S: Mango, cup of bean soup

Once home cookies. like 6 of the damn things.

D: something that is not cookies. :(

Really late to the party here, but I'm going to note it because I feel like today was an NSV for me. I flew from NY to GA and I didn't eat a single bite of airport food. This is a BANNER day for me. I always travel under prepared and partially just so I can make sure to eat somewhere "Yummy". But, nay! Not today!

Side note, does anyone else notice that flying after WLS is very weird on the new small stomach? I grazed lunch way more than I should have because the pressure kept wanting to bring things back up!

B: Ricotta pancake, 1oz sausage patty and laughing cow cheese (before I left the house)

L: Epic Bar & 1/2 of a Quest Protein Cereal bar (eaten from 1-4pm in two sittings because of the above mentioned issues)

D: 1/2 cup cottage cheese

S: Premier Protein

Also; another NSV - I had to power walk to make my connection at the ATL airport, including up the biggest escalator ever and with a fully loaded weekender bag and another bag over my shoulder. It wasn't hard!
