Yep! One of my friends is doing the marathon so we'll be out there early to cheer for her and hopefully finish in time to see her finish.

4 hrs is a good cap for your first. Around here, halfs have a 3:15 time limit. We're all back of packers with the goals being finishing, having fun, and avoiding injury. :)

Awesome. My partner is doing the marathon too so I'll be there super early with him - staying with friends in DC the night before due to the metro not opening early for us like normal.

I did the 5k two years ago but had to miss last year due to a Saturday class. This will be Lance's 4th time for the marathon!

Feeling a little better today, but really tired. The weather is beautiful for now. High of 78 today and in the 40's Sunday..I agree about Mother Nature being drunk, lol!

B premier protein shake

L Tuna pouch and some slices of cucumber if solid food agrees today. If not, protein shake.

D My husband has a meeting tonight and when asked what he wants for supper, my son will always say 1 of 2 things, steak or tacos lol.so tacos it shall be. Soft tacos for him, and if I'm up to it a taco cup made from ground turkey for me filled with refried beans, cheese, and salsa.

No snacks today, not really hungry at all.

Vitamins done, and continuing the extra fluid until whatever this bug is goes away.

Took a short walk this morning after I dropped peanut at school and will get some steps in this afternoon at his baseball practice. Cannot get into a couch potato routine just because I feel rough. A little walk is better than none.

I am walking my first 5K on Sunday in the Heart mini (can't run since I have had both knees replaced). It shouldn't be an issue to walk since I walk more than 5K every Saturday and Sunday. Only issue is it is going to be below freezing in Cincinnati.
