Its supposed to be 50 today for a couple of days then get cold again.
I went to the casino last night and I should of cashed out when I got to 100.00 but i didn't.
B spinach, orange pepper, ham and cheese omelet and string cheese
L tuna, baby carrots and raisins
D cheeseburger, no bun and asparagus
S Greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks and honeycrisp apple

Good Morning Everyone. The sun is shining; the blooms are starting to pop. Walking on the greenway this afternoon with DH.

It's a cold one in NNY this morning! -5 when I woke up with a -20 windchill. We're looking at 50 tomorrow, which means everyone will be sick later next week right?

Today is busier than I like for a Sunday. My back is bugging me, so I'm going to do some light cardio and try to stretch it out this morning. Then I am taking out my sister-in-law for her birthday. And then I'm getting a massage (I know -- oh darn such a busy day!). My hubby needs some one on one time tonight because I've been running around all weekend, so he might push for us to go out tonight.
Luckily this week looks relatively light at work so I shouldn't have to be running like crazy all week.
Food:
B - fit frappe, coffee & protein shake
L - asian fusion restaurant (maybe sushi or a stir fry)
S - yogurt parfait
D - stuffed mushrooms & brussel sprouts (unless Hubby drags me out)
S - cottage cheese & blackberries & maybe rice cakes

Today is try to get the house together today... Yeah right. Maybe run the sweeper. Found a load of laundry in the washer from a couple days ago (I think), OOPS! Adulting..
Yesterdays numbers were good: Calories-789, Fat-25.5g, Fiber-2.8g, Carbs-37.1g, Sodium-1773.6mg, Protein-98.6g, Water-61.2 fl oz. Daily Calorie Composition: 19% from carbs, 30% from fat and 51% from protein.

L: 50g sage sausage and 1 lg AA egg

D: Turkey & Quinoa
S: Cheesecake Jello
Water & Vites
B: 4 oz. cottage cheese

L: 4 oz. tofu and 1 oz. shredded chicken, stir fried, 1 oz. cucumbers in dill and rice wine vinegar

D: slow-cooked shredded chicken with homemade barbecue sauce and a vegetable

Probably going to have a small snack later, on which I have not decided.
Exercise: Walked my dog around the park a bit. I've been finding that if I try to do 2 or more miles I hurt a lot the next day, so I had to scale back a bit today. I'm hoping to get back to my 4 miles like pre-surgery.
