Cant sleep
Almost nine months and i cant sleep with crap at night and i had someone that told me its because of surgery any one else having or had the same issue?
Hi Katie -
I've had the same problem since I've had the surgery (1/23/17). Prior to that I maybe had a night now and again that my brain wouldn't shut off but this is most every night. I know how you feel. It's horrible.
I have all this adrenaline and it doesn't go away even if I exercise etc.

Since surgery I notice I have a lot more energy and don't get near as many hours of sleep as I used to. When I go to bed I am wide awake and need time to wind down. My c-pap helps some what (white noise). Would some type of white noise help like a fan, air purifier, humidifier, music? You can buy alarm clocks that have the sounds of waterfalls, ocean waves, etc. For a while I was drinking crystal light, etc. that had caffeine it it, didn't realize it. Hope it gets better for you.
