Hello Everyone, just dropping in to give an updated photo as I remember how inspirational those used to be for me. It's been three years and thankfully I'm still hanging in there living a healthy life and loving it. It hasn't been easy but it's certainly been incredibly rewarding. To the newbies, my advice would be to recognize that your sleeve is just a tool. You've got to do the work to get the results you want. Upward and onward all!!!

WOW! You look fabulous!!! You are SO right that this surgery is just a tool and if you don't use it correctly, regaining your weight is a REAL thing. It just helps us win the battle. Kudos to you!
