NSV-Girl Scout Cookies

I have been doing well logging my food, drinking and walking. Got slammed today with the delivery of a box of Thin Mints. I never order those anymore, I love those! Foreseeing the future, I gave the whole box to my boss. Problem averted.

I bought two boxes for my family and because I wasn't eating them they lasted 2 weeks. They are finally gone and I will not be buying any more!

I am sooooo glad I don't care for sweets! We have girl scout cookies all over my house and it doesn't bother me. But POPCORN is the devil!! I cannot control myself around it!

Pat on the back for being so strong! I can't buy them, they would be gone in a NY minute. My faves were Trefoils and Samoas. Like Rachel, I am a popcorn fanatic.

There are several boxes of Thin Mints in the freezer... I'll buy them from family friends, and occasionally from a girl scout who actually appears to be trying.

That said, I don't crave sweets at all anymore, so they are easy to ignore. I'll have 2 cookies every couple of weeks as a dessert, if I feel like it.

Good idea! I wouldn't be able to have them in my freezer - they would be calling to me.

They are best when frozen.

I was rewarded (with a 1 lb drop and monetarily) for giving that box away. I bought it for $4, gave it to my boss, who gave it to another attorney. That attorney found out they were a gift from me and insisted on giving me $5.

OMG - those and the coconut ones are my favorites! I saw the girls selling them outside of Walmart last week. Tis the season. I can still taste them in my mind lol.
