I get up around 5 am so have an extra small snack in the morning, but rarely eat anything after dinner. I plan my whole day and then stick to the plan. :)
B: Oatmeal Protein muffin-homemade (12g protein, 2g fat and 6g fiber) and 3 thin slices Black Forest Ham
S1: Coffee with 1/2 c. Fairlife Skim milk, Torani Sugar Free S'mores syrup and half scoop of protein powder
S2: Fiber One Protein bar
L: Leftovers - Extreme Wellness tomato & basil tortilla w/1 oz fat free cheese and seasoned pinto beans
S3: Oikos Triple Zero yogurt
D: 2 oz baked Tilapia & chopped broccoli (if there is room)
Vitamins - done
Water on track for 88 ounces.
This adds up to 819 calories, 95g protein, 13g fat, 33g fiber and 22g sugar for the whole day.
