Good morning Everyone! Happy Monday! Back from the gym after a shearing arm workout. Thank God my fingers still work!

I had a great weekend. The crossfit open started on Thursday. I killed the first workout - twice. I'm not going to be competitive YET! but maybe next year. :) My goal this year is to complete 3 RX workouts. RX is the perscribed workout. Then there is a scaled workout. I will have to scale some of the workouts because I can not do pull ups ofr handstand push ups yet - and there could be a weight that I just can't safely lift in a workout yet. We will see. But for the first workout - I did it RX. So 1/5 complete. Hopefully I can get 2 more at the RX level :)
Food for today:
B: chike & coffee
L: chicken tikka masala
S: yogurt parfait & protein shake
D: either more chicken curry or some chicken & veg concoction
S: cottage cheese & blackberries
E: crossfit & maybe some rowing
I've looked into doing crossfit but I don't think I could. I have trouble lifting a 5 lb bag of potatoes. How long have you been doing crossfit?
Still Pre-Op, here's what today looks like.
B- Protein Shake: 8oz Fair Life Milk, 1 scoop Muscle Milk Light Vanilla, 2 TBS PB2 (first time using the PB2, I like it)
L-3.5 oz grilled chicken tenderloins, 1/2 cup Buffalo Cauliflower steamed (from the freezer section of the grocery store) with .5 oz Sharp Cabot Cheese
S- Light & Fit Greek yogurt
D- 4 oz Chicken breast stuffed with Laughing cow cheese, broccoli and 1/4 c brown rice
S-1 navel orange
