- exercise: meeting with a trainer today
- vits and h2o on track
Total: 80gr protein for the day
glad your consult went well! I'm officially 2 months from surgery today and finally starting to feel good. I get what people meant when they said it gets easier after the second month!

normally I take Wednesday as a rest day but I've been doing some yoga lately and will probably practice that tonight.
