Anyone Try Epic Bars?
Had one of the chicken ones for dinner tonight and seriously YUM. They are nice and soft too (I'm eating crock pot meats at this point) and there's nothing scary in them.

I had the Chicken Sriracha. I love spicy! So it was nice to get back to that. 1.5oz bar and 15g of protein. For being 5 weeks out it was a perfect dinner!

I've tried them, but wasn't really a fan of the texture. They're great stats-wise, though!

I think I paid a little more than that in the grocery store for them. Given it's a whole meal I don't think that $2.50 is that bad. Jerky in general is expensive!

I have them and use the all the time.
They are OK, but not tasty enough to grab one when I want a snack. So I don't overeat them. They are great for travel, or to keep in my purse in case of emergency. I personally don't care about the pig or sheep ones. .The rest - they are OK.
Note: at one time I was diagnosed with dairy and soy allergies so I had to find portable snack options.
I buy them when they go on sale, places like lucky vitamin.com, vitacost, or others...
Most health food stores have them. Try a few before you commit to larger qty.
I keep the extra stock in my fridge or freezer. They are meat - so I don't want to take chances. The one I carry with me - I do a good sniff test before I eat it. It is smells funny - I toss it. So far I did not get sick from eating them, but I had a few that hit funky - probably the wrapper got damaged in my purse and bacteria got hold of the meat.
