Whatcha eating today? Friday, 2/17/2017
Its day 6 of my Back on Track diet plan. Yesterday was better - 4 good diet-sized meals and no snacks. I think I've got it!
breakfast - salmon
lunch - meat loaf and cheese
dinner - chicken with spicy peanut sauce over spiralized cucumbers - yum
snack - Dijon lime chicken.
