Whatcha eating today? Thursday, 2/16/2017
Today is a running day, but I opted to skip it to give my knee another day of rest and avoid the 30 feels like BRR outside. I'll probably regret that choice in the future, but right now I'm okay with it! I got a 98/100 on yesterday's anatomy lecture exam (yay!) and today I need to get my essay for art written because it's due tomorrow. I'm looking forward to a good day :)
1: protein shake
2: ham, cheese
3: leftover pork or a protein bar, depending on where I am when I need to eat
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: walk on campus in the afternoon
How about you?

Hi, My name is Marissa, and I am a food addict. Grr. One day at a time. Only worked 11 hours last night, so today and tomorrow I gotta push through 12 hours, in order to not have to work on Saturday (I am working on Sunday though - new pay week starts). I have to keep my hours up at job2 because in 2 weeks I am off for 3 days from there (2 days from my day job but, I get paid time off, yay). I will be working as much as I can from Sunday to the following Monday. It's all worth it.
B shake in coffee
Trying not to snack, so im trying to avoid the chocolate here. I have string cheese
L left over baked chicken parm
S same as above
D 2 cold cut roll ups, coleslaw
S im working late, so I hope to just go home, shower and get to bed. if I must snack ill have some nuts.
Liquids, on track.
Exercise, walking to the bathroom to pee all the time counts, right?
Well, it's been a while for me and I'm trying, no I AM getting back on track. My lowest weight was 122 and that was kinda small for me I think. I'm trying to get back to 130-135 so I need to drop about 25ish lbs.
I have been keeping track of what I eat for 3 days now. It feels good to be getting back on track. While I know its probably jus****er weight I'm down 3 lbs in 2 days. But as my husband says. Thats nothing..... you could fart and lose 3 lbs.
B few bites of cantaloupe and premiere protein
S if needed 2 boiled eggs
L 1/2 cup of chili with shredded cheese
S premiere protein
D Grilled chicken salad 1tbsp Italian dressing
S String cheese or 2 boiled eggs
That would be a weird fart ;)
Welcome back and congrats to you for getting back on track!

Good morning, everybody! Jefferson's meet and greet went well last night, so I hope to see him adopted and in his new home by next Friday when the wife gets back from her business trip that starts today. :) Yay! Rescuing and fostering are very hard on the heart, but so worth it to know you are helping to hopefully one day end pet homelessness and needless euthanization.

Do you foster dogs with behavioural issues? How do you overcome that ? It seems like everyone wants a cute puppy but not the work that comes with it. Thats great that you try to foster animals.
