Hi All,

Its day 4 of sticking strictly to the plan.  No cheats, no wine, no snacking.  I've got to do this now, before I see any new high numbers on the scale.

breakfast - salmon

lunch - chicken with spicy peanut sauce over spiralized cucumber - yum

dinner - chicken and broccoli casserole - also yum!

snack - Dijon mustard chicken

I hope you are all well and happy.

Hi everyone!  I have a meet and greet for my final foster pup, Jefferson, tonight.  Wish him luck!

B: 1/3 PepperJax Grill Steak Salad, 1 oz balsamic vinagrette

L: catered in Mexican, 2 beef enchiladas (*trying to eat around the corn tortilla) and pinto beans

D: 3 oz meatloaf (made with crushed pork rinds, instead of bread crumbs) and 1/2 c. sugar free strawberry cheesecake mousse

Trying to stay away from the "snack monster", too!  :)

Water and supplements in!

I never would have thought to use crushed pork rinds in meatloaf, pre-op I would use oats. I'll have to remember your substitute!

I've actually been seeing on the boards that some folks just use the egg as the "binder", but I am thinking a 1/2 c of the pork rinds would sub nicely for the oatmeal or bread crumbs.  :)

I use both pork rinds and egg, It's really good.

Jefferson is adorable!  Good luck ... I don't think they will be able to resist him.

Thanks, Soho!  I hope not.  We have had this litter since they were 3 weeks old (going on 6 weeks) and the longer he stays, the harder it will be to let him go!  Have a great day!

I wouldn't be able to let him go either.  Huge pat on the back for fostering.  Have a great day too. :)

He's adorable! If I didn't already have 2 dogs....  I just love dogs. I'd have 10 of them if I could lol.

Yet, if I did, I'd be divorced. Enough said. Hubby wins out for now.
