VSG on 10/31/16

Saw my orthopod today for a cortisone shot in my bad and very painful left knee. Naturally, he is a miracle worker and I feel GREAT now...I can exercise again. He saw all the weight I've lost since I started seeing him 18 months ago, and heard all the things I'm doing. He said "You're a winner!" and told me I'm doing everything right! That was so amazing to hear. Beats the heck out of the "you have to lose weight" lectures, that's for sure!

I saw orthopod, but my mind processed arthropod. I thought to myself, why would she be seeing an insect? That can't be right! So I read it again. Then just for laughs, I went looking, and found this link.
