Is this normal???
As of 1/31 I was in a stall for over 2 weeks. Then the first full week of February I was down 5lbs when I weighed in on 2/6. Now it's 2/12 and I'm still sitting on the same weight. I have a doctors appt on Thursday and I've only lost 3lbs since my week follow however since my surgery on 1/6/17 I've lost 24lbs. Is this normal? Will the doctor be upset I've only lost 3lbs since my week follow up?
I think the question is - are you following the plan or not? If you are - and really doing - eating what you supposed to do/ eat, then don't worry about it. It is what it is.
But if you are not following the diet - then yes ,- the doc may give you hard time. Only you know ....
People often underestimate the impact of "bite of this or that....". Or not drinking wateror making sure they get enough proteins.
I know it is hard... I have been doing it for a close to 9 years, and I have days that I really don't want any proteins...Or just want "a cookie". But as an adult - I get over my "whoa....moments..." and do what I'm supposed to do. At least most of the times...

See I had the same issue... had surgery on 1/6/17 dropped 20lbs and a week later I stalled for nearly 3 weeks I even gained 2lbs. Then a week later on 2/6/17 I lost 5lbs. This week I lost nothing. Since my week follow up I've only lost 4lbs and my month follow up is thursday. I'm following my plan, been working out 3 days a week... but my water intake sucks. I just don't want him thinking I'm not following my plan because I'm dropping inches
