Non-meat protein ideas?
I get seasoned baked tofu and love it. :)

I have not tried it myself, but a guy in the Support Group who is vegan suggested "Beyond Meat" products. He says they're sold at Target, and most grocery stores. Also, FairLife milk is supposed to have more protein and less calories than 'regular milk". His third suggestion was lentils.
Pinterest seems to have a lot of high-protein recipes that are also vegetarian/vegan. I've seen 'pancakes' and 'pizza' that are made with different grains and protein powder.

My family has adopted Fairlife as our milk of choice.
It's about all I use as creamer for my coffee.

Have you tried any shellfish (like shrimp) or fish (such as salmon, tilapia or swai)? With the exception of the shrimp or salmon, they don't have a fishy smell or taste and all are high in protein.
Greek yogurt, cottage and ricotta cheese are also good protein options. There are plenty of low carb high protein recipes on Pinterest that use these ingredients.
For a crunchy, salty snack, I like pork rinds (my potato chip substitute) or edamame (either roasted or steamed).
You might need to experiment with different foods/recipes to find what will work best for you.
