B - 4 oz. cottage cheese and 1 oz. blackberries

S - 1/2 protein shake

L - 5 oz. chicken, 1/8 cup peanuts, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons homemade satay sauce, 2 oz. peppers, 2 tablespoons spicy hummus

S - 1/2 protein shake

D - no clue yet, not my turn to cook tonight :-)
