Nope. The kind I have is made from green lentil and quinoa. A 2oz serving has 14 grams of protein, 35 grams carbs, 7 grams fiber. I'll probably only cook a 1oz portion with some faux meat sauce. I ate a ton of the shiratake pasta pre surgery but I know it has no nutritional value and don't want to fill my sleeve that way. I'm not doing low carb (being vegan) though I'm eating as high protein as I can (usually between 75-90grams a day) and my carbs are usually less than 75 and often less than 50. Beans have been my main source of carbs.

How many calories? My rule of thumb is "must have at least 1 gram of protein per 10 calories."
