So far, following the NUT's food guide has been pretty easy. I made cornbread the other day and started eating it like I wasn't on a plan. I had forgotten that I was on a plan and had a goal! I still didn't go over my daily intake, so that made me happy.
I also tried Quest Peanut Butter protein powder this morning with a small frozen banana and Fair Life Milk. The protein did have a little bit of an odd aftertaste, but not enough for me to not make it again.
