B - 4 oz. cottage cheese, 1 oz. blackberries
S - 1/2 protein shake
L - 5 oz. spiced up chicken, 2 oz. pepper strips, 1 oz. Trader Joe's garlic hummus
S - 1/2 protein shake
D - hrmm... probably going out to Chinese! (curried chicken)
Waiting for my spouse to come home so we can head to the gym! Did 1 mile walking and 20 flights of stairs this morning.

L: 3 oz white clam chowder, corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese,dress I g (the amount in 1/4 th of a Rubin sandwich.
D: 2oz turkey burger, 1/4 avocado, TB of caramelized onions, dab of mayo ( made sliders for the family)
S: 4oz full fat yogurt with a dash of vanilla extract
Water and clear fluids: 90 oz
