I hope food goes well today. Yesterday my pouch felt full with just a tablespoon or two of food at a time. I found that strange. My head is still learning to sync with my stomach. Head says "keep eating, you've only had two bites!" My stomach says, "no way! I'm stuffed!" I felt a little dehydrated yesterday too even tho I drank my normal quantity of water. I'm averaging at least 64 oz but maybe it's time to increase.

I'm doing a LuLaRoe party tonight, so I've been busy all morning! I'm cleaning out my car now, and I'll be packing, lugging, unpacking, and setting up all my clothing racks twice tonight...which is actually a great workout. It usually gets me fairly sweaty lol. Then working at the hospital the whole weekend!

L: two simple protein bars
S: Yoplait Greek 100 Protein
D: nibbling on apps at the party, maybe a 1/2 glass red wine if it's there
Hi all,
I am having guests for dinner, but I made a Mediterranean chicken that's right on plan. If I can resist desert, I'll be fine.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - buffalo chicken spaghetti squash
dinner - Mediterranean chicken
snack - probably humus and chips
Have a good weekend everyone.
