You look terrific! My tummy looked like yours too - I had a TT a little over 2 weeks ago and it makes such a huge difference. It ended up costing less than I anticipated (not cheap, just not as much as I thought it would be).

Thank you! How are you feeling? How long did the "awful" pain last? I'd likely go in without doing muscle tightening since I do plan on having a child at some point. I would normally wait until after that happens, but I know if I don't do it now, I never will.

The pain actually wasn't bad. I had a facelift at the same time and that was much more painful than I expected (while the TT was less painful).  It was mostly just tight and sore rather than painful. I only took opiote painkillers twice on the hospital ((1overnight). I didn't need them at home.

I've heard about 10 on a tummy tuck...is that the right ballpark???

You look great!

How do you manage the acid reflux symptoms?

I take pantoprazole 40mg twice a day and it really does completely alleviate the symptoms, but sometimes I forget and definitely start feeling it creep up. Thankfully Zantac 150 also does the trick and I always carry it on me, in case of emergency.

I could do more, probably, like switch out my diet. I drink a massive amount of coffee and love spicy food.

Awesome job.  Congratulations.  I too have the skin as your pic.  Being 57 no plastics for me; can't do the pain and I'm happy with size 8-10 (was 24-26).

Thank you! I've been watching a lot of videos and seeing before/afters and for me, my biggest fear is dealing with the wounds and drains. I'm not that great with yucky body stuff - and my husband is even more squeamish than I am, so I know he wouldn't be able to assist much.
