1 Year 6 Month Check-In! Progress Photos!
Just wanted to check in because it's been a while. I'm almost at goal - whatever goal may be - and I had to share my before and afters! It's surreal to think I have now lost 185 lbs! Like, what? That is basically an adult male. I can't believe I didn't see how big I was before but looking back at those pictures now just makes me cringe!
Next stop: Plastics! As you can see, I definitely have some loose skin issues, and fat trapped under that skin (mostly that pouch area under the belly button) which will NOT go away no matter how much I lose. I really get why a lot of people say plastics are really the last part of the journey. Sure I may look awesome in clothes but without? Still feel just as self-conscious as I did 185 lbs. ago.
Now, onto the numbers!
Sizes: From a 22 to an 8
Inches:
Neck: -5.5
Waist: -27.5
Hips: -19
Bust: - 18
Thigh: -9
Calf: -5.5
Upper arm: -8.5
Total lost: 93!!
(How does a person lose almost 28 inches from their waist? It's mind boggling!!)

Anyway, still feeling great. Zero complications (except for acid 
) and would do it 1,000 times over for the same results. I only regret not having done it sooner.
