L: 53g turkey & 89g quinoa

S: L & F yogurt

D 70g Ribeye & Zucchini Squash

S: Power crunch Crisp salted caramel escape protein energy bar

This week has been sucky, let me just state that now! My cycle is all messed up and my hormones are out of control. I am doing ok with food but my body is so rundown right now.  Just trying to make it through the week! 

B: Hard boiled egg, turkey sausage link and coffee with 1/2 & 1/2

L: Low carb turkey chili with cheese

S: Pistachios and probably a starbucks coffee 

D: Crabcake and a side with goat cheese, bacon and olive oil

Exercise: Going to the gym tonight and we'll see what I can do!

B I went out to eat, had meat lovers omelet ( half of it) and raisin toast 

L kielbasa and sauerkraut 

D ribeye steak and peas 

S Greek yogurt,  turkey sausage snack sticks and cutie orange

Morning - finished off lunch leftovers - Italian sausage and peppers, and a latte later

Afternoon - falafel in a salad, and I'm going to be wild and add avocado to it!

Dinner - egg salad and probably a dill pickle to crunch on later

Exercise and vites are done.

I'm jealous.  Falafel is the ONE thing that my stomach just won't tolerate post-op.  Totally sucky since I love them.

It's a nice change from meat, meat, and more meat (don't tell Grim I said that!).  For good or bad, I haven't found one thing that I can't tolerate.

L: 2 oz Pork,  string beans, green chili, 1/4 green apple

S: Coffee, cream, unflavored protein powder

D: tbd (I'll probably have the left over pork or chicken w/ a romaine salad)

S: tbd depending on daily nutrient levels
