Great suggestions, I will work on varying up my daily intake. I usually get about 150 grams of protein a day, considering all I eat is meat and veggies. It is lean proteins, so at least there is that :)

Sounds like you're doing great! As suggested, try switching things up a bit. Perhaps adding a few good carbs, like a high fiber grain (like quinoa). And don't stop weighing/measuring & tracking what you eat. Our eyes tend to fool us & sometimes we forget about something we've eaten during the day.

Also, I read on this site that a "generic" rule people use to determine the calories needed to maintain or lose weight was: 

MAINTENANCE: Your weight x 100 = the number of calories per day to maintain (ex. 150 lbs x 100 = 1500 calories/day)

WEIGHT LOSS: Subtract 500 calories from that maintenance number to loose approx a lb/week. (ex. 1500 - 500 = 1000 calories/day
