Whatcha eating today? Thursday, 1/19/2017
You all are inspiring me to meal plan again. This is a daily thread? I need to gather my thoughts and jump in. I know I did much better staying at a steady weight when I planned.
ISO ... New "clique" members. You must be kind, warm, welcoming, honest, intelligent, and have a sense of humor. The words "shamed" or "victim" can not be in your regular vocabulary. Sarcasm is welcome (and wanted!), but cruelty is not. You must not be a coddler or a shamer. All members are free to classify themselves as vets, newbies, grasshoppers or anything else they desire.
I enjoy long walks on the beach, puppies, sunsets and taking off my bra as I pull in the driveway. If you are like minded, you are in!
And remember, we are ALL worthy of love, humor, and dignity.

It's a mostly daily thread, sometimes no one gets around to starting it. It's good to touch base with the forums and maintain awareness. All the surgery forums have their own version :) (well, except lap band)

Great news, my BF and I got approved for the townhouse rental! We sign the lease at the end of this month and can move March 1st! So huge for our relationship. Couldn't be happier. Now let the chaos begin! (with out stress eating)

I've been off track the last few days. I've eaten out quite a bit and not healthily. Thats how I got fat to begin with. Ughh!!!!! If you fail to prepare, prepare to fail. So I came home and put turkey meatballs in the crockpot and will sleep all day till it is time to pick up kids from school. I am off tonight. I really need to meal prep for several days at one time. Since I had my surgery, I don't like leftovers. I change what I eat at the last minute. Need to work on preplanning again.

It happens to most of us! Don't punish yourself or beat yourself up. Your meals look great for today and just hop right back into your normal eating routine. Forgiving myself for indulgences and eating things off my normal plan has helped me so much. You're on the right track! Keep going!
