Whatcha eating today? Tuesday, 1/17/2017
Hello everyone! I finally got back in the gym today after being off with dehydration for a bit. Felt good to be back at, but I stuck just to cardio today and only 30mins. Had a dentist appointment today and this was the first time in years the Dentist chair didn't feel so snug or like I was going to break it! I know that may not be much, but It was such a positive feeling! Hope everyone is having a good day!
B: 2 eggs with a sprinkle of shredded cheese, coffee
S: Protein bar
L: 4 oz grilled chicken
S; 6 cheese cubes, 1/4 cup cashews and small 10 gram protein bar just before cardio
D: Spicy Turkey and Bean chili with a spoonful of greek yogurt and sprinkle of cheese
Vits: Done
Water: working on it
Exercise: 30 mins on the eliptical
Breakfast: 4 slices of bacon!
Lunch: 3oz of meatloaf
4 o'clock meal: 1.5oz meatloaf
Dinner: heck I don't have a clue! I'm still working...
I'm on track for 90-100 oz of fluids.
