Whatcha eating today? Thursday, 1/12/2017
It's Thursday! As a full time student, I tend to only have class M-Th, but this weekend is even better since I get to spend it with my mom! Woo! I'll be heading up north after class, running, stretching, and packing.
1: protein shake
2: sardine salad
3: no idea, since meal planning is on my mom
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running and yoga for stretching

WOOHOO!!! Today is my Friday too, Gwen!! Mom is out of town, and my 94 year-old grammy is looking after my dad for the day til I get off work. Then I get to go spend the weekend with my daddy. I really enjoy spending time with him. We watch Marvel Movies and Star Wars. And laff about silly stuff. It's good.

The temp. is going to be 70 today. Looking forward to a great weekend. Hoping to go to another movie this weekend. Saw "Hidden Figures" last weekend, I recommend.

I'm having a really hard time staying on track. Work and home are more stressful than usual and I'm just struggling. I feel so much better when I eat high protein, low carb and I stay full so much longer and eat less. I just need to take it one bite at a time. Today has already not been great, but I'm going to try and finish the day strong,
B: 2 baby bel and 1 laughing cow cheeses with 5 Ritz crackers
S: (this was my bad start) apple cobbler with ice cream in our class
