Whatcha eating today? Tuesday, 1/10/2017
It is very cold today, but going to be in the 30s by the time I'm home from class and able to run! I'm looking forward to that. I wasn't able to run over the weekend due to weather.
1: protein shake
2: leftover bonchon OR sardine salad
3: leftover bonchon OR sardine salad (it's leftover night here)

exercise: running and yoga stretching!
How about you? Staying warm wherever you are?

Its below zero here in the Boston suburbs! brrr.
I'm out of salmon and need to grocery shop today. So today's a left-over day.
Breakfast - finish off the egg roll bowl
Lunch - chicken salad with spiralized cucumber
Dinner - ground beef and cabbage
I'm not sure what to cook next week. I'm bored with a lot of my usual dishes. I want to stay low cal and low carb for a few more weeks to get back to goal.
Keep warm!
Carol

After noticing salmon alot on your menu, I went to Costco and bought smoked salmon. That is like crack. It's great. My kids sucked it all down on crackers and I barely got a nibble. I love that it doesnt have to be cooked and is portable.
Woosh! 2017 has been crazy fun with amazing things happening. Now if I can amazingly lose 42lbs that'd be great! My boyfriend's sister and brother in law had their baby! I am an unofficial (not engaged yet) Aunt! He's so adorable. Also, my boyfriend agreed to go to Aruba in 2019. 2 years but ill take it! A chunk of his family owns time shares in Feb-March so they go at the same time. I also am planning my 30th birthday trip to Walt Disney World this time next year with my BFF. I am also in the hunt for a townhouse/condo. Now, if I can kick food addiction.
B shake in coffee
L turkey burger with this new thing I found - steam in a bag cauliflower rice melody with other veggies. Topped with some leftover horseradish sauce I made
D..diner!
S if needed because dinner is late, either nuts, or a small thing (like 3tbsp) of pea soup with ham.
Water on track!
Exercise doesn't exist. I think I really need to wake my butt up before 6 and do some T25. No pain no gain (or loss!). I have to run errands after job1 - no time for job2. My tires are all low on air, I need an oil change, someone broke my windshield wiper (jerk), new glasses came in, pampering with my BFF and discussing Disney.
It wonderful you mention Disney. My hubby and I are taking the whole family - kids plus grandkids to Disney this summer. I just booked our airplane flights and the restaurants and shows. I'm getting excited about it! Cant wait!
You are certainly busy with all you have going on. New baby-in-law, almost - new home many travel plans.
Best of luck in all your endeavors
Carol

Ah! So happy to hear of your upcoming trip to WDW! It's my true happy place, forever. I'd love to hear all about your trip. How exciting. I can't wait for mine either. I am already planning on what Mickey Ears to buy online, and those cute buttons, shirts, etc. We are probably going for 3 full park days, but that's fine! We are going 'off season' so crowds wont be an issue. I went last year in Feb with my BF and it was perfect. Have a magical time!
Thank you, life's busy but good busy! If it wasn't for VSG/WLS, I guarantee life would not be this good. Health wise, and happy wise.
I hear ya, Carol. It's cold here, but there's a promise of a warm up.
B: steel cut oats, 1/2 banana

I'm sleepy -- I've been staying up too late lately. My workouts have been pushed to 7pm because I've been working a bit late. That pushes dinner, then I'm chilling out and it's midnight before I know it. I gotta reign this in.
B - fit frappe + coffee
S - yogurt - maybe (this often gets wacked by meetings)
L - salad w/ chicken
S - strawberries, latte, protein shake (kind bar sometimes sneaks in)
D - either chicken & veg or stuffed mushrooms
S - cottage cheese & berries
E - crossfit -- snatch complex + 5 rounds for time: 21 cal row, 18 push press, 18 row, 18 dips
I love Kind bars!! I try to limit them a few times a week but they are my fave to eat before a workout. :-)
