Whatcha eating today? Friday, 1/6/2017
Yay! It's Friday! No class today! Yesterday my prof proved to be... dangerous. I had good hopes for this one too, but she actually took us to a FoodBabe page and presented it as being REAL science. It went downhill from there. So I'll be documenting the **** she says throughout the class and contacting the dean of students at the end of class. Fun times. But, today, there is no class. I've got fitness classes in the morning and a home depot trip on the way home and then I'm FREE! To work to put my kitchen/dining room back together after the painting that happened yesterday :D
1: protein shake
2: leftover italian food from last night - it's some pasta dish that I picked the chicken out of and mainly avoided the pasta in.
3: I can cook again! bacon-wrapped stuffed chicken, sautéed asparagus
liquid and vites: on track
exercise: pilates/yoga hybrid class, tai chi class, pilates class
How about you on this fine Friday?

Hi Gwen and All,
Happy Friday.
Wow Gwen, it must be so frustrating to be getting bad information in a college class. I'm glad you are taking the initiative to document it and try to improve the class.
breakfast - salmon
lunch - orange flavored chicken with spinach
dinner - finish off the chicken and broccoli from last week.
Have a good weekend, everyone.

I'm looking forward to sleeping in. I've been taking some medicine (vyvanse -- Thanks for the info Gwen) and it is making it hard for me to fall asleep. I'm hoping to catch up a bit this week.
My weight loss has slowed, which was the plan, but my crazy self is kind of irritated by it. Logically I know it is healthy for me to be relatively stead with maybe losing 1 lb per week, but crazy me wants to just drop. With my weight loss slowing, I'm not getting faint or light headed, I'm not gaining, I'm not eating junk b/c I'm starving. So in reality everything is where I want it I guess.
Ramble ramble -- I came home from the gym last night to my husband making dinner! It was freaking amazing. He has cooked me maybe 2 meals in our entire relationship, so it was a treat.
B - fit frappe (making a switch here we will see how it goes)
S - coffee / yogurt
L - mozzarella stuffed meatballs
S - frosted flakes / protein shake
D - fish & veggies (or might take out my kiddo)
S - cottage cheese & blueberries
E - crossfit - bear complex & Jackie
When are you taking the Vyvanse?

Ugh. Hopefully it's just an adjustment issue that time or different dosage will fix.

I just reread this and noticed you've had plastics. How much weight have you lost since then? Do you think your plastics have need damaged or anything with more weight loss? I'm asking because, ideally, I'd like to lose another 10-30 pounds after plastics but doubt I'll be able to before plastics.
