Celebrating an accomplishment
So my goal for the 6 month mark was to hit onederland and I did it!!! Nothing has felt so good as stepping on that scale and seeing 1. It has been a frustrating journey because I am a slower loser than some but still always losing within the expected norms. It is difficult to not compare myself and just do what I am supposed to do and be happy with my results. I am now very happy. My goal was to be down 60lbs in 6months and I did it. 2017 started with me being in the one somethings. Now on to the next goal which I know will be much harder because the weight is coming off more slowly now. I am enjoying shopping in regular sized departments and not needing the plus size. I love not feeling like the biggest person in the room. I love feeling healthy. I love not being motivated by food. Thank you for letting me share my joy with people that can relate. Good luck everyone

Congratulations on accomplishing your goal! It is people like you that inspire me. What a wonderful feeling and to shop in a regular women's clothing store - so awesome.
